Live Embodied
Somatic Healing that Meets You Where You are
Experience a holistic approach to therapy and wellness at Live Embodied. I offer personalized support that blend somatic healing practices with trauma-informed care, aiming to restore balance, relieve stress, and promote overall well-being. Let's take the first step together.
About Our Work
I understand what it feels like to have done the work and still feel stuck.
You’re aware. You’re prepared. And still, something keeps you close to what’s familiar. That familiarity once helped you survive. It helped you stay functional, capable, and successful in demanding environments. It carried you through seasons where pushing, holding it together, and staying ahead were necessary.
But survival strategies, even effective ones, have a limit.
Over time, what once protected you can begin to restrict you. You may notice it’s harder to slow down, harder to rest without guilt, or harder to trust yourself beyond what you can control or plan. Your body may stay on guard, even when your life no longer requires it.
This work is about creating the internal safety needed to move beyond managing your healing and success, and into fully inhabiting it. Not by doing more, but by learning how to be present in your body, access regulation, and build a felt sense of safety that allows your life to expand without self-abandonment.
For leaders and creatives seeking depth, discretion, and sustainable change, Live Embodied offers a private space to begin.
If this speaks to you, this may be your next place to land.

Therapeutic & Executive Offerings
Therapy and Wellness for Leaders Building Legacy
Live Embodied offers private, trauma-informed therapeutic and coaching services for leaders, executives, and creative entrepreneurs seeking depth, discretion, and sustainable change.
This work is designed for individuals who are ready to move beyond managing life toward fully inhabiting it.
1:1 Executive Coaching
Somatic Coaching
Somatic coaching for C-suite executives, founders, and creative entrepreneurs who want to lead with clarity, capacity, and care.
This work bridges embodied awareness and strategic leadership, supporting decision-making, boundaries, sustainability, and alignment without bypassing the realities of power, responsibility, or pressure.
Coaching is non-clinical and distinct from therapy, with clear boundaries and informed consent.
Best suited for:
Leaders seeking support that honors both personal well-being and professional responsibility.

Eating Disorder Therapy
Eating and Food Recovery
Trauma therapy for individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body-based distress.
This work recognizes that struggles with food and body are often adaptive responses to trauma, chronic stress, control, and survival. Therapy focuses on restoring safety in the body, increasing emotional capacity, and gently unwinding patterns rooted in perfectionism, over-responsibility, and self-monitoring.
Care is somatic and relational, with EMDR integrated when clinically appropriate. The goal is not compliance or control, but rebuilding trust with the body and creating sustainable nourishment without shame or punishment.
Best suited for:
Individuals seeking clinical support for eating disorder recovery within a private, trauma-informed therapeutic relationship.
Somatic Therapy & EMDR Therapy
Healing You Can Feel
Private-pay therapy for individuals navigating burnout, trauma, identity shifts, and high-pressure roles.
Sessions are grounded in trauma-informed, somatic, and relational approaches, with EMDR integrated when clinically appropriate. This work supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and a deeper sense of internal safety—allowing healing to extend beyond insight and into lived experience.
Best suited for:
Those seeking consistent therapeutic support with depth, privacy, and flexibility.

Food Relationship Coaching
Non-Clinical Eating and Food Recovery
Non-clinical, trauma-informed coaching for individuals who want to improve their relationship with food without engaging in therapy.
This work supports clients in unlearning rigid food rules, reconnecting with internal cues, and developing consistent, nourishing practices that fit their real lives. Coaching centers practicality, embodiment, and compassion—without tracking, restriction, or moralizing food choices.
Food relationship coaching is especially supportive for high-achieving professionals who want clarity, structure, and accountability around nourishment while honoring autonomy and capacity.
Best suited for:
Individuals who do not require clinical eating disorder treatment and are seeking practical, embodied support around food and nourishment.
Meet Breah
Your Wellness Guide
As a licensed trauma therapist, executive wellness coach, and yoga teacher, I work with professional women and men, c-suite executives, and creative entrepreneurs who are tired of sacrificing themselves in the name of success. I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies through consistent, gentle practices that help regulate the nervous system and create lives that feel more grounded, spacious, and sustainable.
My approach blends evidence-based trauma therapy with body-centered and somatic practices, including EMDR and nervous system–informed care. This work is especially supportive for those navigating burnout, overperformance, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from always being the strong one. Together, we move beyond awareness alone and into a felt sense of safety, presence, and self-trust—so healing and success can be lived, not just managed.
